Browning Street car park is on the edge of Crewe town centre in a primarily residential area. The car park provides long-stay spaces for the town centre and local residents, particularly of nearby apartments.
As part of an emerging collaboration with the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) aimed at delivering new starter homes in the borough, Cheshire East Council has obtained some grant funding to bring forward a residential development here.
A number of car parking spaces will be retained to meet the needs to residents.
